About this item
- [HELICAL CUTTERHEAD]Pre-installed 4-row helical cutterhead with 40 tungsten carbide inserts delivers smooth shear cutting on hardwood and softwood, with low operating noise and a fine surface finish.
- [MOTOR POWER & EFFICIENCY]120V 15A motor reaches 20,000 RPM with a 27.5 FPM feed rate for efficient stock removal. Built-in overload protection automatically shuts off under extreme loads to help protect the motor and extend tool life.
- [STABLE & PRECISE PLANING]4-column design and anti-wobble cast-aluminum base provide stable, accurate operation with thickness tolerance under 0.1 mm. Mounting holes help secure the planer firmly to a workbench during use.
- [8-POSITION DEPTH CONTROL]Eight depth-stop settings make it easy to plane batches of boards to a consistent thickness. The folding extension boards adjust easily and extend the overall length to 27.4 inches for added work support.
- [DUST COLLECTION & USE TIPS]Four-row helical cutting produces finer chips for smooth chip removal and helps reduce clogging and airborne dust. Max planing depth is 1/8 inch and width is 13 inches; use light passes to avoid overloading.
